10 Weeks~

salam

tadi g check kat klinik desa coz ada appoinment

alhamdulillah gula dalam darah normal (xsanggup dah nak minum air gula!)
berat badan pun naik normal 48kg dah..

setiap bulan penambahan berat badan normal untuk ibu mengandung adalah 0.5kg sampai usia kandungan mencecah 20 minggu...

Hb pun dah naik & sangat membanggakan
HB : 13 g/dL =)

tadi masa nak balik nurse nak bagi folic acid
tapi sy xnak coz kat umah banyak lagi, esok pulak nak g amek ubat kat Hospital Melaka..
watpe lah nak simpan ubat banyak2 kat umah..loya je tengok!

tapi nurse tu pelik gak macam mane sy leh amek ubat kat Hospital..
so, sy jelaskan lah..actually, 3/4/2011 lepas saya kena tahan wad coz of Hypochromic Mycrocytic Anaemia & Hb sangat rendah iaitu 3.9 g/dL...Doktor yang check darah sy time tue pun xpercaya Hb sy rendah teramat sangat mcm tue, lagipun physically mmg nampak sihat just sy pergi Hospital sebab sakit perut je pun..tapi nasib sy baik coz doktor xmasukkan darah..kalau x, memang sy xkan duduk wad langsung..sy sanggup makan ubat berdozen-dozen dari masukkan darah orang lain dalam badan.. lainlah darah family sendiri kan..tapi yang pasti masuk darah memang SAKIT sebab darah tue nak bercampur dengan darah yang sedia ada dalam tubuh kita!

nurse yg check sangat terkejut bila sy cakap macam tue..sepatutnye kena masuk darah sebab sangat kritikal bagi mereka...huhuhu~

apepun sy dah sihat semula...boleh buat kerja macam biasa...
just kena amalkan ubat Hospital
Iron = untuktambah darah
B complex = xtanye doktor untuk apa..untuk tambah darah gak kot..:p
folic acid = untuk perkembangan Baby

esok g Hospital nak mintak Vitamin C lah
baik untuk penyerapan Iron dalam badan

.: Change Green Apple to Banana :.

mesti korang tertanya-tanya kan kenapa perlu change habit makan epal hijau to banana..
macam nie ceritanya...
semalam cikayue ada terbaca satu artikel pasal pisang nie..

actually,
pisang nie ada 3 jenis natural sugar - sucrose, fructose & glucose yang combined dengan fiber...so, pisang mampu membekalkan such of instant, sustained & substantial boost of energy. research pulak sudah membuktikan dengan hanya 2 biji pisang mampu membekalkan tenaga yang mencukupi untuk melakukan pelbagai jenis kerja selama 90 minit. so, no wonder pisang is the number 1 fruit with the world'd leading athletes.

BUT, energy is not the only way a banana can help us keep fit.

Banana juga boleh overcome / prevent a substantial number of illnesses & conditions, so ia mestilah ada dalam diet pemakanan seharian kita. Antara contoh yang boleh dilihat adalah:

Depression:

This is because bananas contain tryptophan, a type of protein that the body converts into serotinin, known to make you relax, improve your mood and generally make you feel happier.

Bananas must be the reason monkeys are so happy all the time! I will one here; want a quick shine on our shoes?? Take the INSIDE of the bananas skin, and rub directly on the shoe. Polish with dry cloth. Amazing fruit.
